3. OECD Arrangement (international rules)
OECD Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits is a gentlemen’s agreement under which participating countries set the “most generous terms of officially supported export credit” (minimum down payment, maximum repayment period, minimum interest rate = CIRR, minimum premium rate).
