Listing Operator and Examination Field
TSE / JPX runs the initial listing route. JPX-R conducts listing examination delegated by TSE. The public source path includes the JPX prospective-issuer hub, the new listing guidebook, market-specific listing criteria, and the new-listings page.
Initial listing criteria differ by segment. JPX publishes separate criteria and guidebook materials for Prime, Standard, Growth, and foreign-stock routes. The page-level source snapshot identifies the market segment being referenced.

TDnet Route
TDnet is the exchange disclosure rail for listed-company timely disclosure. JPX states that listed companies are required by listing rules to use TDnet for timely disclosure. TDnet public surfaces include Company Announcements Disclosure Service / 適時開示情報閲覧サービス, Listed Company Search / 東証上場会社情報サービス, and paid TDnet database services.
JPX states that TDnet-posted disclosure is made publicly inspectable at the same time as TDnet disclosure and can complete publication measures for insider-trading purposes for material facts and certain tender-offer facts. This connects IPO / listing records to fair disclosure and insider trading controls.
